There is a nice walking and running trail that goes all throughout the park! So many beautiful lookouts to the lakes around there. Lots of things to do and ample campsites. There is a disc golf course, fishing, kayaking, boating, and playgrounds.

This is a beautiful state park. Since we were in the art show we had very little time to really visit the park. What was so nice is how quiet it was at night. Great for getting a good night rest.

A very nice place to camp that is close to Brookings. Good for first time or novice campers. Fairly modern facilities. Good for kids with nice and modern playgrounds. It isn't my preferred way to camp, but for car camping from a tent, in Prairie SD, it is truly a pretty nice place to camp.

I always enjoy coming to this place. Nice camping spots for tent camping that's slightly secluded if you pick the right spot. They don't let dogs on the beach which is stupid. Labs love water and mine is well behaved. So that kind of blows. The lakes are big and good for boating.

One of the best parks in the area. Lots of trails, nice swimming beach, great picnicking and camping. I love the expansive natural areas and peacefulness of the park.
